Birkin serves up a delicious brunch and coffee that is expertly made (all the baristas are trained). It has a great outdoor area with blankets and heaters when it gets a bit chilly. The staff all wear trendy hats and give great service.
Why you should visit it
The brunch is incredible and Palermo Botanico, the area Birkin is based in, has a very local vibe to it which is refreshing after spending a lot of time in hipster/trendy Palermo Hollywood or Palermo Soho. You're can also count on a very good coffee.
