The Museum of Contemporary Art in Kraków is located on the site of the former Schindler's Factory, in an under-developed area of Kraków. Initially hard to find, it's worth the effort. A new, industrial style museum has been purpose built to house art from the last two decades, in a striking design reminiscent of the factory that once stood there.

Why you should visit it
There is a permanent collection as well as temporary exhibitions, covering all artistic mediums and often thought-provoking themes. A trip here provides an opportunity to see a different side of Krakow in an area that is just being revitalized.
