When Montreal designer, Mariouche Gagné, launched her fur collection in 1994, she had a vision of crafting products adhering to her respect for nature and ethical outlook on fashion. With a flagship boutique doubling as a workshop in the city’s southwest borough – and an international following – she has achieved just that.

Locals appreciate the fact everything at Harricana is made here in Quebec from eco-friendly, recycled materials. Inspired by the “Great North,” the boutique specializes in men’s, women’s, and children’s fur coats, clothing, and accessories. Coveted items range from fur hats & mittens, to bags, ponchos, cozy sweaters, and a new fragrance collection.
