The Campi Flegrei area is not particularly well maintained, but this magical place is an exception. A peaceful green oasis, it’s adored by locals who stop by for a stroll, to play sports or to simply unwind.
Considered the gate of hell in ancient times, it’s actually one of the most beautiful lakes in southern Italy. Overtaken by nature and dotted with Roman ruins, it’s a charming, historic and relaxing place for a walk.
Cycle around the lake and enjoy a picnic in the wonderful nature.
