Estonians have a strong connection to bread. Leib ("bread" in Estonian) doesn't do fancy, complicated combinations of tastes, over-the-top service or expensive prices – instead they focus on simplicity and the freshness of their ingredients. They work with local fishermen, farmers and other small producers.

Leib is one of the best kept secrets in the Old Town with the loveliest terrace in the backyard. It's run by two professional foodies – a chef and a sommelier, so that means the dishes match their wines and beers perfectly. As soon as you walk in you'll be surprised by the warm and welcoming staff.
Definitely book a table ahead because it's always full, at least in the evenings.
