Why locals love it
This bar is so local that not many Talliners are aware of it. It's out in the controversial Kopli district, an area with a dodgy reputation. Sitsimäe Kelder may welcome you with a smell of piss in the doorway, but if you have the guts to enter you'll meet a friendly (and unusually chatty) barman and enjoy a selection of good local beers on tap.

Why you should visit it
Staying inside the safe city walls is anyway a huge mistake for an adventurous guest, so heading out to a bar in Kopli, will give you a chance to meet local middle-age bar-goers and get a glimpse of the early 90s vibe. Beer prices in Sitsimäe Kelder may have also stayed the same from that time. Ok, I'm exaggerating... But it IS ridiculously cheap.
Special tip
Ask for the cheese sticks with mustard and put on your best poker face... Palmse light beer is also nice.
