Why locals love it
Texas is kitsch, but in the best sense of the word. No one in Estonia does the hot American thing better than they do. There's a big selection of Tex-Mex foods, all very decently priced. The beer selection is also decent (it's needed to wash down the spicy hot wings).

Why you should visit it
Come here if you have a desire for spice or if you have kids under the age of six (they eat for free). Avoid bringing them along in the later hours however, because just like in the good old USA, you can't drink (or even hang out) here after dark if you're under 21.
Special tip
It definitely beats every other place in Tallinn in the tequila department. You even get free peanuts and you can throw the shells on the ground!
