The highest viewpoint in Tallinn was reopened in 2012 and quickly became one of the city’s most visited attractions with its futuristic interior, cool gadgets and interactive exhibitions. The TV Tower holds a special meaning for Estonians because of its role in the events of 1991 when four local engineers guarded it during the coup.
