This tiny Orthodox church is a gem of Carpathian architecture situated almost in the center of Prague. It was relocated to the lush garden of Petřín Hill in 1929 to celebrate the 10th anniversary of annexation of the Carpathian Ruthenia to Czechoslovakia after WWI.

This church is really charming. It is 14 meters long and 8 meters wide with 3 onion-like towers. The highest tower is 17 meters high and it is raised over the area in the church occupied by the women. All the towers are painted in 3 colors: white, green and red, symbolizing faith, hope and love. The entire church is made of wood.
You can access the church through the Kinský Garden (tram 9, 12, 20, 22 to Újezd). Follow the path starting behind the main palace.
