Why locals love it
Because there is no place alike in a whole Prague. It is a brand new multi-genre space for contemporary circus, theatre, and music (no dancing elephants or stupid clowns!!). Former slaughterhouse was redesigned into the center where it is worth to go to enjoy a great performance or just to sit, have a drink and blend in with the space around you.

Why you should visit it
If you want to experience something exceptional while in Prague, this is a place for you, absolutely stunning venue for original performances. Jatka 78 is a home to Czech new-circus company Cirk La Putyka but it´s open to hosting other performance groups, too. The capacity is aprox. 400 seats. If you don´t get tickets, just come for a drink!
Special tip
There is a lack of toilets, that´s the only weak point of the place, so come in time if you need to use a washroom. It is also quite warm inside.
