Bara is a professional chef and restaurateur in Prague. You’re invited to her home for a private Czech cooking class and a mouth-watering 3-course meal.
Duration 3 hours
Private tour available in English
Group tour pricing from 96 EUR per person
We were a family of 4. Bara took us to the local butcher and even a cute Gingerbread store to shop along the way. Once in her home we talked about food and how the recipes came to be. There was so much food however she had to give us a care package to take home to our apartment! The class is a little hands on with the rest of the time Bara showing how to prepare items. Our menu was tailored to our likes and dislikes. We had all kinds of meats to try on bread and mustard with all kinds of beers and wines. Bara is very generous when it comes to hosting in her home. We made roast pork, roast duck, goulash, potato pancakes and kolache cookies! We spent a good 3 1/2 to 4 hours cooking and talking. It was a lovely way to spend the day in Prague!
