Why you should visit it
The idea itself to make a Latvian rock cafe was born in the 90ies and it did - in the local "wind city" Liepāja. Nowadays it has moved to us - Rigans and we are extremely proud of it as Liepāja is considered the city where Latvian rock was born as well. This cafe truly is LEGEN-wait-for-it-DARY! Legendary!
