This isn't a typical French food market where you can only buy produce. Of course you’ll find stalls selling fresh fish, bread and other products traditionally found at markets, but here many stall owners will also give you the opportunity to taste their goodies on the spot.
It’s a pleasant experience to sit at the Italian counter and enjoy freshly cooked homemade pasta, or to taste a traditional bento at the Japanese counter. Not all meals are very good quality, though the ambiance is relaxed and enjoyable. With food from Lebanon, Morocco and even the West Indies, it’s an adventure for the taste buds!
You can enjoy ecological meals at the "La ferme de Mesenguy" farm stall.
