Ideally located down a quiet street near the big stores of Boulevard Haussmann, Noon is a great place to grab lunch when shopping in the Opéra area. Protected from the crowds and hyperactivity of the surrounding streets, here customers savour smoothies (€4.20) and fresh juices along with their lunches.

Why you should visit it
The food is fresh, varied and healthy. They serve salads, pastas, generous sandwiches, lentils and quinoa. In winter they also offer tasty hot soups. I personally recommend the grilled chicken and the avocado and mozzarella sandwiches (€6.20 each). It’s a good spot for vegetarians.
Special tip
Many Parisians who work in the area grab lunch here. To avoid the rush, come here after 1.30 pm once they’ve all headed back to their offices.
