The Floibanen is Bergens historic funicular railway, carrying passengers from the city centre up the slope of Mount Floyen in around eight minutes to viewpoints 320 metres above the harbour. One of Norways most visited attractions, it offers spectacular views over the city, the wooden houses and the fjords, with trails, a cafe and play areas at the top.
