The Citadela is the fortress at the seaward tip of Budvas Old Town, offering panoramic views over the rooftops, the Adriatic and the island of Sveti Nikola from its ramparts. Inside are a small maritime museum, a library and a terrace, and its walls provide the best vantage point in town, especially memorable at sunset over the medieval quarter and the sea.
