A wooden church from 1686 dedicated to Queen Hedvig Eleonora, and the largest surviving Ostrobothnian block-pillar church.

A baroque interior with ceiling paintings by Lauri Gallenius from 1687-88, a carved 1701 pulpit and a separate bell tower.

Local tip: A church guide is on site weekdays 10-16 from June to August, and Maupertuis Park is across the street.
