The inner harbour is Kemi's busiest meeting place from late spring to early autumn, and Rantamakasiini is the pick of the waterfront bars.

Local tip: Summer season only — when it closes the harbour crowd moves indoors to Café & Bar Ankkuri at the Merihovi.
