ARC The.Hotel is an independently operated boutique property on Slater Street in downtown Ottawa, a few blocks south of Parliament Hill. Its interiors take a restrained contemporary approach, dark wood, neutral fabrics and low lighting, rather than the heritage styling common in the city’s older hotels. Rooms are graded from compact queens to premier kings with large windows facing the downtown core. ARC Restaurant and Lounge occupies the ground floor and works with Canadian producers, with beer, spirits and wine drawn from domestic breweries, distilleries and wineries. A fitness room and paid underground parking are available. The Rideau Canal, the National Arts Centre and the ByWard Market are all reachable on foot.
