A reconstruction of a prehistoric pile-dwelling settlement built out over the water on stilts, at Gradiste on the eastern shore of Lake Ohrid. The settlement underneath it is dated to between 1400 and 700 BC, and walking the plank platform above the water is about as close as you will get to standing inside a Bronze Age village.
It holds 4.6 on Google across nearly five thousand reviews, one of the highest volumes of anything in the Ohrid region. It sits roughly on the road towards St Naum, so it pairs naturally with that trip rather than being a separate expedition, and there is a dive site in the same bay.
