Caveman Coffee Farms grows and roasts heritage arabica on a smallholding in the hills outside town, part of the same Coffee Heritage Project push to keep organic coffee farming alive among Sagada's Igorot families rather than let it fade out. It is a working farm first, with a small sales and tasting element rather than a full cafe setup.
Local tip: Combine a visit with a walk through the surrounding farmland if you can.
