Al Husn is the adults-only, top tier of the Shangri-La Barr Al Jissah resort, tucked into a private cove between two headlands with a mix of Arabic and contemporary design. It has some of the largest suites in Oman and a private beach shielded from the resort's family-focused sections.
Local tip: Booked as its own hotel within the larger resort, so it stays quieter than the family-oriented wings nearby.
