More than 300 tiny bronze dwarf statues are scattered through Wroclaw's streets, a tradition that grew out of the Orange Alternative's anti-communist dwarf graffiti of the 1980s. Hunting them down street corners, shop windows and lamp posts has become the city's favourite free game for visitors and locals alike, with new figures still added periodically.
Local tip: Papa Krasnal on Swidnicka Street is the biggest and easiest to find, and a good starting point before you start spotting the smaller ones.
