Cafe du Souk

Cafe du Souk occupies a converted fondouk, a merchant's inn, tucked into the alleys near Souk El Trouk in the heart of the Medina, and it wears its history well across three storeys of tiled, lantern-lit rooms.

Climb to the rooftop terrace for a proper view over the Medina's rooftops and minarets while you nurse a glass of mint tea, the drink most locals order without needing to ask.
