Dr. Nikk has been a trusted name in Tabriz for long enough that most locals grew up eating here, in the Valiasr area, and it still draws a loyal crowd rather than trading purely on nostalgia.
The menu hedges between two worlds: classic Tabrizi kebab on one side, pizza and lasagna on the other, alongside salads and a long list of starters. It works well as an easy, unpretentious stop when a group cannot agree on Persian or something more familiar.
Local tip: There are two branches in the city, one inside a shopping centre, so double-check which address you are heading to before you set off.
