This 1916 Italian Renaissance-style villa on Biscayne Bay is Miami’s most photogenic estate, with formal gardens, fountains, and a stone barge sitting just offshore. It’s a nonprofit-run National Historic Landmark, and the gardens alone are worth the visit. Go early to beat the heat and the crowds, and give yourself a couple of hours to wander the grounds. It’s a short hop from Coconut Grove.
