Paris’s most storied jazz club, swinging nightly in a 16th-century stone cellar in the Latin Quarter since 1946. Descend the spiral stairs and you’ll find live swing, bebop and gypsy jazz from 9:30pm, and a floor full of dancers throwing down lindy hop and rock’n’roll. Count Basie and Lionel Hampton played here, and it even cameos in La La Land. Entry is €34–39 — go late, and don’t be shy about dancing.
While you’re in the city, pair it with a Le Marais food walking tour.
