The largest street market in Yerevan — known to everyone simply as the “Bangladesh” market for its once far-flung location — sprawling from Sebastia Street across a huge area of the Malatia district. It’s where locals come for everything at the lowest prices: clothing and shoes, fresh produce, household goods, gold jewellery in the adjoining Vosku Shuka, and cheap eats at little canteens. Chaotic, authentic and endlessly browsable.
While you’re in the city, pair it with a Yerevan street-eats food tour.
