A Milanese institution since 1967 and the birthplace of the Negroni Sbagliato — the “mistaken” Negroni made with sparkling wine instead of gin, invented here by accident. Little changed in decades, it serves its famous oversized cocktails to a mixed crowd of regulars, design-week revellers and the curious. A must for cocktail history in a wonderfully retro room.
