This is Hội An's local bus station, the workaday hub about 1.5 km north of the Ancient Town from which the yellow public buses shuttle to and from Da Nang. It will win no beauty prizes, but for budget travellers it is the cheapest way to link the two towns — a proper local ride rather than a tourist shuttle.
One route matters here: Line 01, the Hội An–Da Nang local bus, which runs the length of the coast with dozens of stops and takes a little over an hour end to end. Services start early in the morning and finish in the late afternoon, roughly every half hour. Pay the conductor on board and keep small notes handy.
Local tip: It is a genuine local bus, so expect it to be basic, sometimes crowded, and to stop often. Foreign passengers are occasionally quoted more than the local fare, so have small change ready and agree the price as you board.
