The Søndagsmarkedet at Blå is Oslo's best-loved Sunday market — a year-round handicraft and second-hand fair tucked along Ingens gate by the river in buzzing Grünerløkka. Some sixty-odd stalls spill out beside the cultural venue Blå, run by designers and makers selling the things they have made themselves.
Expect a browsable jumble of ceramics, knitwear, glass, jewellery, paintings, soap and vintage curios — vinyl records, retro clothing and global finds — with a few street-food stalls to keep you going. When the Oslo weather turns, the whole thing simply shifts indoors into Blå, so it runs rain or shine.
Local tip: It is on Sundays only, roughly midday to late afternoon — go earlyish for the best rummaging. Bring cash and a tote, and make a morning of it with a riverside coffee in Grünerløkka.
