Capilano Suspension Bridge Park

The Capilano Suspension Bridge sways seventy metres above a rushing river canyon in North Vancouver, the centrepiece of a park that also has treetop walkways among the firs and a vertigo-inducing cliffwalk bolted to the rock face. A free shuttle runs from downtown. It is deservedly popular, so go early. Book a timed ticket, brave the cliffwalk for the views, and wander the rainforest trails once the coach crowds thin.
