Not a hotel at all, but a bohemian Pangrati bar named for the legendary New York haunt of artists and writers. Open since 2013, it pairs jazz, colourful vintage decor and black-and-white portraits of the original Chelsea’s residents with well-made cocktails and small plates. A relaxed, arty spot for a slow Athenian night.
