Why locals love it
Every Sunday morning, from 6am (a must for the vigil), this abandoned factory is full of all kinds of people; scavengers, rag men, art hunters, businessmen or just people who love this extra-folklore touch between strange, old and wasted objects. Bazaar used to take place at the end of Ermou str, near "Technopolis", but was relocated here recently.
Why you should visit it
It is absolutely worth a visit on a Sunday, just to watch all these people looking for this rare coin/stamp/pin or whatever. It is the only chance you have to see people from all different type of age and class on the same place. Here, you could find the best souvenir from your visit in Athens and if you're lucky enough, it could worth a fortune!
Special tip
Try to be there as early as you can, because all the "good" stuff disappears quickly. This might mean that you have to go there with no sleep at all!
