Baku Boulevard, the National Seaside Park, is the city’s beloved waterfront promenade, stretching for kilometres along the Caspian shore. Laid out over a century ago and much extended, it is lined with parks, fountains, cafes and attractions, and is where Baku comes to stroll, especially in the cool of the evening. Taking in landmarks such as the Crystal Hall and the modern marina, it offers wonderful views of the sea and skyline and is central to the life of the city.
