Hundreds of stalls sell jamón, seafood, fruit, sweets and Iberian specialities, and tucked among them are tiny counters (like the legendary Pinotxo) where you perch on a stool for market-fresh tapas. Touristy but genuinely spectacular — go early to beat the crush.
