Europe Square (previously known as Era Square) is one of the central places you will inevitably see once in Batumi. It's the main get together spot for any city celebration, be it Batumoba (Day of Batumi), Gandagana folk festival or a Christmas market.
Why you should visit it
The fans of photography and architecture will stay there quite a while, because every building looks very bizarre and unusual. The coolest one is the Astronomic clock tower, where you can check not just the time, but the position of the sun, the moon and the planets.
