Great Leap Brewing helped pioneer China’s craft-beer scene, and its original taproom occupies a restored Qing-dynasty courtyard hidden down a hutong. Beneath lanterns in the open-air courtyard, drinkers sample inventive beers that riff on local ingredients, from Honey Ma golden ale spiced with Sichuan peppercorns to seasonal brews.
