Finding good pizza in Berlin can be quite a task. Casolare solves the problem: Generously-sized, thin dough and toppings to suit everyone from vegan to ultimate carnivore. Rumors have it that the punk-style Italian staff are not the friendliest, however, as with all these reputations about friendliness in Berlin: What goes around comes around.

Why you should visit it
Because you've been wandering through the city all day and you are really, really hungry for some proper soul food. Because on summer nights you can sit outside and there might be live music. If not directly at the Casolare, then certainly at the Admiralbrücke just across. Last but not least: Because the pizzas are seriously absolutely fantastic!
