Considered one of the best gelateria not only in Bologna, but in the entire country. Small but elegant place, well known for its creamy flavors. The flavors are very interesting too so be adventurous: salty roasted pistacchio, creamy vanilla based with pine nuts (Crema di Zitella) and many more.
