The location of this place is probably one of the most stunning in the entire city: it's the 16th century former chapel of Palazzo Bentivoglio. The four rooms, including a fully frescoed one, house a Bistrot restaurant and an American bar.
If you have already sipped a cocktail inside a former 16th-century chapel, then skip this place. But the point is: I don't think you have ever done something like that! The atmosphere is relaxed at tea time, becomes more crowded on Friday and Saturday nights. Ask your favorite cocktail to one of the owners, they are experienced barmen.
An urban legend tells that in May 1713, Count Girolamo Bentivoglio transformed the salon into a lake that was crossed by boats carrying dishes.
