Snarf's has been a locally renowned sub sandwich shop for almost two decades now, but only recently did owner Jimmy Seidel, who always liked to cook burgers just for his employees, decide to jump on the patty wagon. This new operation exudes the casual good humor embodied by the very name 'Snarf'.
Snarfburger is housed in snug old BBQ shack, though most patrons choose to enjoy the Colorado sunshine from the picnic tables out front. The burgers are basic but fresh, and accompanied by a few touches that set them apart from any fast food joint: pickled peppers, crisp onion rings and classic milkshakes.
For the complete small-town American afternoon, grab a greasy lunch here then head to the nearby Boulder Creek for a swim.
