Hungarians love to cook and eat. Very important to buy the ingredients at a local market. People come for shopping here all week around to buy their meat, milk, fruits, vegetables and a lot besides. You can buy home made milk, cheese, bread, eggs such as fruits and vegetables from local people from the countryside.

Why you should visit it
Enjoy shopping at the ground floor, taste "langos" - deep fried flat bread with cheese and sour cream on it. Go up to the first floor and taste some hungarian meat dishes and sausages at Laci konyha - always fresh. There are places to buy some hungarian wine as well.
Special tip
You can also taste hungarian strudel (retes) and cognac sour cherry bonbon - the konyakos meggy. There is a post office and a pharmacy too.
