Home Hotel is a nineteen-room boutique property on a residential block of Palermo Hollywood, the Buenos Aires barrio known for television studios, design shops and late-opening restaurants. It opened in the mid-2000s and is furnished with mid-century Argentinian pieces and a collection of vintage European wallpapers. Its main asset is the rear garden, unusually large for the district, containing an outdoor swimming pool, a sun terrace and a planted lawn. A ground-floor restaurant and bar serves breakfast and cocktails, and a small spa offers massage and facial treatments. Rooms range from compact doubles to garden suites with direct access to the pool terrace. Ministro Carranza station on Subte line D is a short walk away.
