Omnipresent background scenario in the average Sardinian’s vacation pics on the local beach, the Devil’s Saddle is the promontory that divides the two gulfs surrounding the city. It’s an excellent panoramic viewpoint and the perfect alternative for an energetic day out – either on foot or mountain bike. The view from the top is worth the climbing!

Why you should visit it
Don’t be afraid to climb an icon of urban trekking! Put on a pair of trainers and follow the green dots tracing the path to the top. Step in the middle of the Mediterranean scrub to benefit from the only high ground by the Gulf of Angels – enjoy the view of the blue sea, the white beach and the coloured patches of the old saltworks.
