This relaxed Vesterbro eatery well and truly earned the title of Copenhagen’s best new restaurant for 2015. On first impression, pizza topped with pickled pumpkin or lemongrass roasted redfish might sound totally insane, but a single bite will win your heart and have you wondering why you ever questioned such ingenious flavour combinations.

Why you should visit it
Neighbourhood’s adventurous owner has turned the whole pizza concept on its head by removing the dough from the limelight and focussing on fresh and inventive toppings. His creations are much lighter, cleaner and, dare I say it, prettier than their traditional Italian counterparts. You’ll walk out feeling as if you’ve just left a wellness retreat.
Special tip
The cocktail flavour combinations are nice, but word on the street is that they hold back on the booze (okay for some, a bummer for others).
