It's one of few worthwhile "watering holes" right near Santa Maria Novella and its surroundings—SMN is one of Florence's most central areas, yet it's severely lacking in good nightlife options. Cocktail prices are a little high compared to the local average but you get bang for your buck. Expect elaborately garnished daquiris, mojitos and more.
