Pizza is probably one of the first images that pops to mind when you think of Italy—but I promise this is like no other pizza you'll find in Florence. Crust is crispy, but significantly thicker than Roman-style pizza, and lacking the doughy Naples-style texture. Topping combinations are original—think pairings like ricotta cheese and pumpkin.
