A tiny, women-run osteria on Via dei Cerchi that somehow stays gloriously local despite being steps from Piazza della Signoria. The Tuscan cooking is the real, daily-changing thing — ribollita, lampredotto, hand-cut pasta, sometimes tagliolini with truffle — at prices that feel like a misprint (you can fill up at lunch for under €10). Expect shared tables, no frills and a queue; it’s one of central Florence’s great cheap eats.
