The Fujian Assembly Hall, or Phuc Kien, is the most impressive of Hoi Ans Chinese congregation halls, an ornate temple built by Fujianese merchants and dedicated to the sea goddess Thien Hau. With its grand triple gate, richly decorated shrines, dragon fountains and incense coils, it is a highlight of the Ancient Town heritage ticket and a beautiful example of the towns Chinese-influenced architecture.
